Use method:
1. When L, N connect AC220V. VCC, GND connect DC5V. OUT, GND connect oscilloscope, the following waveform can be seen:

Adjusting potentiometer can change the amplitude of the output waveform (the middle value does not change in the adjustment process),and the range of the waveform is 0- VCC. If the waveform is distorted in the process of increasing the large value, it can be solved by increasing the working voltage VCC appropriately.
If hope the intermediate value of the waveform shift to 0, a 105pF capacitor can be connected in the OUT terminal to filter OUT the dc subdivision in the waveform
